This is great as a dip, or on Seitan, Tofu or Fish!</span><br /><br /><span style="font-weight:bold"><br />Dill White Bean Spread</span><br /><br /><span style="font-style:italic">1 Can white beans<br />1/3-1/2 a bunch of Fresh Dill<br />1-2 Cloves of Garlic<br />1-2 Tbsps of Extra Virgin Olive Oil<br /><br /><br /><br />Put everything into a food processor and blend until well mixed. This is excellent w/ chips, pita, veggies or as a sandwich spread. (I spread it on pumpernickel and add avocado slices)<br /></span><br /><br /><br />Thanks again!
